Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving the goods to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused, with attached labels, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Goods sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Goods
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase of the new item once the return has been accepted.
14-Day Withdrawal Period in the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your goods must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with attached labels, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
